GloFAS new registration workflow

A new registration workflow has been implemented starting from 11^th of May. Existing users can simply log in clicking on the used account provider or as usual specifying username and password.

While new users can register using one of the supported providers: Gmail, Twitter, Facebook or European Commission Authentication Service website (ECAS) or create manually the account.
