GloFAS training for Angolan representatives

A training on the use of JRC tools for crop monitoring, yield prediction and flood forecasting took place between 17 and 21 June 2019, at the Joint Research Centre of the European Commission, in Ispra. The training program included two days of introduction and hands on sessions to GloFAS and its use for operational ensemble streamflow forecasting and flood early warning. The participants were a group of Angolan representatives from the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, the National Institute for Meteorology and Geophysics (INAMET), and the Public Company for Energy Production (PRODEL).
