New Seasonal River Flow Outlook Available in GloFAS

On 10th November 2017, a new seasonal forecast product was made available in GloFAS. This is the world's first operational global scale seasonal river flow forecast, and is displayed as 3 new 'Seasonal Outlook' layers in the GloFAS user interface. The seasonal outlook is produced once per month, using the latest ECMWF seasonal forecasting system, and gives an overview of whether river flow is likely to be unusually high or low over the next 4 months, for the global river network.
